The professionals trained in hospital and healthcare management are working as Assistant Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents at the Public Healthcare sector with an objective to implement different modern managerial tools and concepts in government sector.

We sincerely work for the capacity building of our cadre through organizing advanced training, workshop, seminars and hand holding support. We also aspire to coordinate with different tier of officials of both administrative department, finance department and other departments for resolving various issues to accelerate the growth of this cadre like promotion, post creation, post expansion etc. Our target is to act as connection between various line departments and all level of work force in the public sector to implement different government policies and schemes. Our capacity building activities also includes organising annual general meeting for members and create opportunities for social mixing with support of IT platform for interacting with members of different batches of this professional group working throughout West Bengal at different health facility. Our desire is to facilitate access for common people to utilise the full continuum of quality health services they need without financial hardship which is the primary aim of Government of West Bengal.
