Membership fees (dues): Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership fees are collected for the financial year. Membership belongs to the individual and is not transferrable. The membership fees are used for various capacity building activities of the members through seminars, meetings etc.

1. Each member is obliged to pay the membership fee in order to maintain his or her membership of the association

2. Normally membership will be terminated, if a member has not paid membership dues for the last three years. In that case a letter will be sent to the member, asking the member to pay the missing dues within one month. Otherwise the membership will be terminated.

3. If a deleted member should later want to resume membership, he or she can be included into the association as member without a formal application procedure if the person is still in missiological positions that would make him or her eligible for membership. Such a member is asked to pay the due amount for membership fees for the preceding years at re-entry into the association.
